I tried the free DNS from ControlD and I noticed when using my phone several times a day I get a notification that Internet isn't available. Simply install AdGuard Ad Blocker on your device, go to the app's server settings, and select AdGuard DNS. No need to enter DNS server addresses manually! The phone has to make a regular DNS request to get the IP of the secure server before it can start using secure DNS.
